Welcome to WSCC Education for Safeguarding, a suite of tools designed to enable you to develop a needs-based curriculum for all pupils in your school whilst also ensuring that the national expectations for RSHE are fully addressed.
Welcome to Educating for Safeguarding from WSCC - a toolkit developed with a whole-school approach that recognises how all aspects of a school community can impact upon students’ health and wellbeing, and that learning and health are linked.

The West Sussex E4S toolkit will enable all schools to meet national criteria and support schools throughout the process of consultation, planning, training and facilitation of learning to develop provision that meets the needs of your pupils.
The E4S suite of tools and approach to developing whole school culture and a needs-based curriculum, is compliant with Ofsted expectations for curriculum, culture and safeguarding in schools.
The best way to get started with E4S is to read the E4S pathway introduction and watch the introductory videos in the support area.
